FM Automate applies purpose limitation, access control, data minimisation and accountable handling to personal information under the Protection of Personal Information Act.

Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion where legally permitted, object to certain processing, or raise a concern about how personal information is handled.
Service evidence
Accounting and statutory engagements may require records to be preserved for defined periods. Where deletion is not permitted, access remains restricted and retention is documented.
Operators and transfers
Service providers processing information for FM Automate are authorised for defined purposes and are expected to apply appropriate security and confidentiality controls.
