These terms govern access to the website and platform of FM Automate (Fourth Method Automation). A signed engagement or accepted service quotation governs professional work.

Platform use

You must provide accurate information, protect your account and use the platform only for lawful business and professional-service purposes.

Professional services

Website information and automated drafts are not final professional advice. Scope, responsibilities, fees, deadlines and deliverables are confirmed in the applicable engagement or quotation.

External systems

Third-party accounting, payment, scheduling and statutory systems have their own terms and availability. FM Automate records workflow and evidence but does not replace their official records.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the platform reliable and secure, but maintenance or provider outages can occur. Material changes to these terms will be published here.
